COMMONWEALTH OF AUSTRALIA NATIONAL HEALTH ACT 1953 INSTRUMENT
I, PETER RICHARD STAPLES, Minister for Aged, Family and Health Services, in pursuance of sub-section 4(1) of the National Health Act 19 53, and in pursuance of section 4 of the Acts Interpretation Act 1901, hereby specify that, from the day on which section 7 of the Nursing Homes and Hostels Legislation Amendment Act 1986 commences, the nursing homes in the attached listing are Government nursing homes for the purposes of sub-section 4(1) of the National Health Act 1953.
